各位敬愛的HELP語言學校學生，以及即將加入HELP語言學校學習行列的同學們，大家好
首先，因近幾個月在學校所舉行的全面修繕與翻新工程，影響到了在校生的休息與住宿權益，在這裡再次跟大家誠摯的道歉。
HELP語言學校在碧瑤已經有23年的創校歷程，23年間本校兢兢業業辦學；
而為了能提升更好的宿舍居住品質，
以及更舒適的校園環境，
本校在今年的二月間開始宿舍的全面修繕與翻新工程。
先前學校在工程開始初期，因學生的反應而不斷調整施工時段的安排；但我們仍聆聽到學員對施工的抱怨與心聲，對此，我們將會進行以下處理：
1. 本校即刻停止各項校內翻修工程，待商討出合適與恰當的施工時間以及配套措施後，會再行公告說明。
2. 未來在施工計畫前，本校會具體說明與公布時間、時段。
範例：
週一至週五：上午08:00~下午12:30
下午1:30~晚上9:00
週六至週日：上午10:00~晚上9:00
(保留寧靜時段為平日中午與假日上午)
3.本校預計在九月份開始重新施工，
若施工期間，學生仍有受影響，可直接向校方提出與反應。
To all the present and incoming students of HELP,
First, we sincerely apologize about the inconvenience to the students since we are currently renovating our school facility.
HELP has been running the school for 23 years. We have decided to renovate the dormitories in order to provide a better environment and facility for the students.
During the construction, we tried to cater to students’ requests by adjusting the schedule of renovation. The students’ satisfaction and comfort is our priority; therefore, we have the following plan of actions:
(1)School will temporarily stop the renovation from today, 02 May 2019. After careful discussion on the best timing and the supporting measures, we will announce and explain the details to everyone.
(2)Before we begin our renovation, we will fully explain the planned time and the schedule for it.
For example:
Monday~Friday 8:00-12:30 , 13:30-21:00
Saturday~Sunday 10:00~21:00
(There will be no construction every weekday afternoon and weekend morning.)
(3)We plan to restart our renovation from September. Should the students have concerns regarding this, kindly report to the school directly. We care about your convenience and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
